What started with a brief conversation at the Newport Boat show,
then a more detailed meeting at the yard with the staff, the owners
of Hallberg Rassey 41 "INTREPID" felt very comfortable with bringing
their yacht to JBY for a refit. During this past winter, the teak
decks were refurbished, the cabinhouse and cockpit areas painted
with Awlgrip, new custom joinery was fitted and varnished in the
navigation station and cockpit for the new electronics that were
designed and installed. There were several mechanical upgrades to
plumbing and wiring systems, along with upgrading a good amount of
aged sail control deck hardware.
