EDELWEISS, Swan 38

"Edelweiss" is new to JBY this winter. Her owner came to JBY with the mission of "I want the best Swan 38 in the world." Upon un-stepping, JBY riggers un-earthed a great deal of corrosion beneath her mast fittings. Custom plates were fitted to the high load fittings such as the vang plate and reaching strut fittings.

In addition to this the rig was also fitted with new running rigging with various related hardware, and an Antal mainsail track. Our mechanical department has been "de-bugging" quite a few smaller electrical items, which are common to older boats. A new GPS and autopilot arrangement have been fitted as well by Jamestown Electronics.
