it's a team effort to successfully complete projects to the
satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance.
RIGGING:
Stepping/unstepping boats to 65'. Knowledge of tuning, winch
maintenance and installation. Installation of deck hardware
such as track systems, turning blocks, padeyes, rigging. Maintenance
and assembly of furlers and other sail systems.
PAINT
& GLASS: knowledges of proper procedures for Awlgrip and gelcoat.
Familiarity with fiberglass repair using vinylester and West
System epoxy. Knowledge of vacuum bag techniques would be
helpful.
GENERAL
YARD: Job includes some maintenance yard & dock equipment,
hauling/launching offload/loading boats, blocking boats, moving
boats, also sanding and painting bottoms.
CARPENTRY:
Repair and modification to interior and exterior joinery mostly
on fiberglass boats to 65'. Cabin modification, teak deck
replacment & repair. Bedding of deck hardware.
MECHANCIAL:
Installation, upgrade, and maintenance of all yacht systems.
Knowledge of gas and diesel engines, generators, fuel systems,
AC, refrigeration, pumps, engine wiring/electrical systems,
etc. Spring commissionging and winterization experience is
also necessary.
